Member Training

On August 24, Bret Phillips passed his initial boat crew qualification check ride with a Qualification Examiner, and Nico Lacchini passed his three-year recertification check ride.

Kat Scanlon completed the Coast Guard's Emergency Management Tasks course, the Introduction to Marine Safety and Environmental Protection (IMSEP) course and the Administrative Procedures Course.

All of the flotilla's scheduled training is complete for the year.

Kat is also now serving as an assistant team lead for the national Auxiliary's Geospatial Damage Assessment Project.
